I had a chance to buy this today for cheap. But I only vaguely remember the "Shattered Faith" track. I wouldn't want to make another mistake. Last time I did that I had a Lucy Brown CD to show for at the end of the day. Any help?

From: JLPRocks Date: April 30, 2003 at 20:56
This is definitely in the "Lucy Brown" category........cheap would have to be $1....

Great potential here...could'a been a contender...life is not fair.

Great sound for the time although they might have been a hair too late seeing that Nirvana's Nevermind was released the same year. Nobody was paying any attention as a result. Too bad for Circle of Soul and loads of other bands like them. Not a good time in Rock history as far as I'm concerned. Na Na Na Na BOO BOO!

Actually seen these guys at the China club in L.A. at their signing Showcase, very good live sound 99 Puunds, Stone in my shoe was also a great live song to see, on the whole....4.5 rating...but not Lucy Brown..lol

I actually must say I think these guys are quite good. Remind me a lot of Crown of Thorns, and not just because there are African American band members. The vocals remind me, and a couple of very cool melodic hard rock songs confirm it, for me anyway.

I ran across this in a thrift store today and paid $2.50 for it. Very cool groove to this band. Funky but melodic. I like it.

Good cd. Melodic funky hard rock reminds me a little bit living colours. The singer also reminds me mike patton's voice on "the real thing"

A mi me recuerda mas a Tesla y mas por la voz. Algo de funky en temas como "Mission Boogie". Me gustan la balada "One Kiss", la melódica "Shattered Faith" "Rusted Love" "Hard in the City" y "Long Arm of the Law". De las rockeras solo "Shed a Tear" me gusta. Bueno. 8/10

From: shoemaker Date: March 1, 2008 at 10:05
I hate bands with funky groovs like DAN REED NETWORK or the CHILLIPEPPERS, but this band is cool. They could have been a megaselling band, cause they are pretty cool, hardrock with energy and vibes.

Exactly shoemaker!!!...Dan Reed Network alike and add 2 that Lenny Kravitz too ..."Rusted Love","One Kiss","Hard In The City" & "99 Pounds" are really good and songs...but to be honest the whole album is pretty wild so if you can grab it,do it!!!.90/100
