This over-rated cd is not worth the price it sells for on ebay . . . With the exception of a couple songs, . The rest of the music such as the remake of Bette Davis Eyes is not very good.

From: Surcouf Date: April 9, 2004 at 14:02
i got the cd. The line up is:Andy Chase(vocals) Lee StAmour(guitars) Ed Sinclair(bass) Chris Bumper(drums). But their best track is not on the cd: LADY KILLER (only released on a french compilation).

I really dig this CD, and give 'em credit for a good, unique enough sound. 'One more man' is killer commercial hard rock, I love 'Bette Davis Eyes' too. 'Stranger' is a heartfelt gem and a fave. A great closer to a pretty damn good hard rock release. The band has a good sound. Not worth $100 of course, but a very good CD anyway.

Está bueno pero no una joya para mí. HardRock con sus coritos buenos pero no encuentro algun tema que llene totalmente y la voz no me agrada del todo. 7.5/10

From: ashen_light Date: July 7, 2008 at 12:16
When I first listened to them I didn't like it, but I have to admit that this French release REALLY grew on me. I have troubles identifying the genre though: is it GlamRock with AOR elements OR an AOR release with Glam touch? They difinitely have a somewhat unique/different sound-the drums are a little muffled and the multi-layered background vocals are simply astounding! BORN TO ROCK, BACK TO YOU, LADY KILLER(accoustic)and LOVE ME are simply to die for!!!!! Fans of European school of AOR/Glam ( Vice, Florence 99, JOJO) but with less keys and more accoustics will surely appreciate this gem which is IMPOSSIBLE to find.

Another cd that costs a lot but honestly and respecting everybody's opinion, didn't catch my complete attention (when i say this it means that it wasn't what i was expecting for but of course it has its good moments here and there )anyway "Born To Rock" is explosive,a very good starter,"Back To You" is another good song,"Lady Killer" is a pleasant acoustic track,"One More Man" is a highlight,"I Wish I Was" is pretty cool,"Love Me" another highlight of the album,"Bette Davis Eyes" is a decent cover,"Wings Of Fire" is another cool one, quite a highlight too,"Stranger" is another acoustic ballad, nice and "Pretty Smile" ends to be a pretty cool semi AORish tune...vocals are just ok,decent i might say... buy if you are curious but frankly there are better albums out there to hunt to...85/100
