Oh man, it looks like a seasoned veteran submitted some new CD's (like "Collector's Corner" or something!). Anyhow, about this release... It's VERRRY good, it'll leave you wanting more. I got this along with Mazeran's S/T, but found it ironic because I thought the music on both were superb and similar (especially the vocalists in my opinion). Trax like "Sticks & Stones" and "Wet my Appetite" are absolutely awesome! Just Great stuff that keeps you in search for more. 10 ALL THE WAY.

Did you get those from PJ TheRipper? I tried to get them- LOL. Dan did ask PJ if he could submit the Corner. I put some I've bought off of it on here too. I got Know Illusion, Barrage, and a few others on the way.

I've got Emergency-Boys Will Be Boys coming as well. I'm expecting copies of Jillson, Hotboy, Theatre, and some others too.

Ripper you said ya wanted to trade some rare cds so lets do it. . . . . I rate this cd an 8 and think some of the songs are good but I won't go as far as saying they are great.

Yeah Kat lets! I have been very busy lately and have had in mind that I said I am gonna make you a list (for trade purposes), and I do plan on it, it's just that I have SO MANY and have been gettin so many I haven't had the time make on. And as far as my rating for all of these CD's (10's and all) my philosophy is this: if it's good new crunchy music whether it be Rippin, Catchy, or "AORy" I'm givin t a 10, meaning people of similar tastes should definitely check it out if they haven't already.

And as far as a releases like this one, it's just a little notification that this one pleased me, after all of the GOOD and BAD tunes I've heard. I am not saying it's the best, but it got me interested and had me in a little Nasty Habit phase after I got it, which I think says something... I'll drop ya an Email about midweek hopefully. It's gettin late...

okie dokie smokie . email me when you're ready. . . As for this cd . . . I like 4 out of the 5 songs so thats why I said they were good. . . . The singer sounds great and there is alot of big guitar riffs so either way ya slice it, this cd is good/great and would make a nice edition to any Hard Rock Collection. . . . my favourite song is "Wet my Appetite"

Hey Kat, do you think someone rigged the ratings?
|
From: purrfect-kat |
Date: October 8, 2002 at 17:52 |
Tim my answer to your question is Yes. . . Only 2 people admitted to owning this cd and both left positive feedback for the band, so it isn't hard to figure out who voted 17 times to drop the ratings. . . I am always interested in reading opinions by other registered members at HH, and I don't believe to much what non-members say because if they were serious about the music then they would be registered members at this site.

If hard rock is your habit, then this band will give you a fix of what you need. There's nothing fancy here, no fresh tricks or anything like that...just straight-up hard rock with energy, sass, and attitude. Reminds me a little bit of Mother Mercy and Mad Margritt, if you're familiar with those underappreciated groups. Driving guitars, hot riffs, good vocals...these guys definitely rock hard. And by the way, I agree with Kat--"Wet My Appetite" is the best song.

If I was listening to this on the radio and did not know who they where I would have thought they where L.A.Guns. This Is a must for any sleeze rocker.its a shame this band did not make it big cause they really had the late 80's sound that evertone came to like before the grunge took over.
