The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Bon Jovi CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Bon Jovi are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Ok I am a big Bon Jovi fan and I do really like most of their albums (only This left feels right is bad in my opinion), but this one has left me somewhat cold. Yes it is a collection of unreleased tracks from the latter part of their career, but you can certainly hear why they did not make the previous albums. Nothing on here is bad per se, but nothing is great either. A teardrop to the sea & Life is beautiful both use the same backing vocal chant (and even We don't run uses a variation on it) so you can tell that when a song goes unused, sometimes bits of it get recycled. My favourite song on here is Saturday night, which yeah sounds like that Nickleback song, but as this was obviously written a while back, did it copy Nickelback or was it recorded first? Another song I really like is Take back the night, from the Jap version. Overall the album is just too slow and lacks any real "big" Bon Jovi sing along type songs. With the lack of real guitar, Richie was easily replaced.

Track #10 is absolutely horrible. This album is bad, IMO. And I am a Bon Jovi fan. Get Sambora back!

I am not sure really what the whole point of this album is/was, besides proving a point to fans and the world that there are leftover tracks sitting around that did not make the last 3 albums which were terrible anyways), and can see why these did not make the cut in the first place. Being that Sambora did not have any input in the recordings and his guitar work/tracks were replaced by John Shanks and Phil-X...doesn't make this album anymore special or needed. Its a collector's item...well that is stretching it IMO, and to say it was an introduction into their next album too? Not quite either...still terrible. Track #3 is decent - even though it is blatant ripoff of a Nickleback track, and these songs have WAY TOO MANY "Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo's!" - which is annoying and unoriginal. HIGHLIGHT TRACKS: #3, 9, 11. MY RATING: 30/100
