The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. This one is a total mixed bag. Pretty high quality all around with solid riffs, dead-on vocal harmonies, and some kick ass leads. The Coverdale worship is pretty still pretty evident but now there's some parts of TNT, Lynch Mob, and even Stryper thrown in for good measure. While I'm not really into the ones with the strong Coverdale influence, I'm sure a high majority of others will be. It's the other tunes that really strike a chord with me. Easily 8/10

From: Dean Date: April 12, 2004 at 23:45
BTW- for those interested this is Fernando Garcia(ex-Victory) singing on this disc. His prescence def. brings the band to the next level. It's time for people to start checking these guys out.

From: T-Bone Date: April 13, 2004 at 12:52
This disc just plain ROCKS!!! I love it. My only complaint would be that the choruses get a little buried in the production, but I can overlook that. Solid 9 out of 10!

From: punkiz Date: May 11, 2004 at 16:19
estoy escuchando la primera cancion y mola bastante fernando es la ostia cantando, creo que sera un buen disco

From: Rycheage Date: June 8, 2004 at 23:27
These guys know how to rock and deliver an album of hard rockvaried in pace between mid and uptempo, with only one track that comes anything close to a slow ballad. The mix is excellent as expected, but the production quality may not be quite as good as the debut this is a little muddy in placesespecially with the keyboard sound. This is an above average slice of European hard rock.

wow, they just played the song Shining Light on www.metalexpressradio.com and fuck, what a kickass song - rich in vocal harmonies and wicked guitar leads. Great band - I definitely wanna hear more of them!! ~Mark, www.heavymetalhead.com

VICTORY FANS, BUY OR DIE. You are going to love this. Cool hard rock/melodic metal. I didnt here GARCIA like this for years. Increible album for any hard rock lover. This is a killer album, believe me for ones in your life.

From: Emi Date: November 7, 2004 at 18:05
excpcional ,como la voz de Fernando Garcia, que bien canta este chico ,shining light es una muestra de la fuerza y sentimiento que poesee este gran cantante ya lo demostro en VICTORY

From: Dave Date: December 30, 2004 at 22:48
Not in the same ball park as the classic 'Reflected' album. The vocals of Garcia are good but i don't think you can replace the brilliance of Robert Soeterboek. This is still a good album and the track 'Dying With The Wind' is awesome and i would have loved to hear Soeterboek sing that song. The production is not as good as the first album which does not help as well , but still they are a great band.

From: Geoff Date: January 3, 2005 at 16:56
I'm a huge Victory fan, but regardless of that fact, I thought this album was much better than the excellent debut. There just seems to be a lot more emphasis on big, striking melodic hard rock choruses on this album. Songs like 'Back to my bed' are just spectacular, and while I really dig both albums and both vocalists, this is my personal fave. Killer CD.

From: Rene Date: January 22, 2005 at 13:11
Yes, again me. I have to say this again, increible album!!!!! A mix between the best VICTORY era(CULTURE KILLED THE NATIVE) and old TNT, PINK CREAM 69 and FATE. Listen to me for ones in you life, buy this album because you are going to love it.

From: Geoff Date: January 23, 2005 at 6:24
Fancy meeting you here again Rene, but I heard this again the other night and knew I had to return too. This disc is, as it states, 'Exceptional'! It just blew me away the other night. 9 and 11 are cool songs, but the other 9 on this disc (minus the intro) are simply f*cking amazing songs. I counted 9 tracks that just blew my mind!!! I knew it was good, but I'd have to re-do my best of 2004 list with this in the top 5... easily. F*cking killer disc!!!

From: onemorecast Date: February 15, 2007 at 18:45
I wouldn't call it exceptional, but it is pretty good. I don't see the Coverdale comparisons. The singer reminds of someone, but I can't seem to remember who. It's not Mr. Whitesnake though.

From: onemorecast Date: February 26, 2007 at 0:10
This one is growing on me, I've had it in my car for a week or so now. The first 5-6 tracks really rock. I think the singers dad must be Glenn Hughes, because that's who he sounds like.

Excellent melodic rock album with Mr Garcia on vocals and giving a different tone of voice than when he was in Victory.Nice semi-ballads such as 'Dying with the wind' and rockers such as 'Shining Light' gives credits to the album.8/10

Another Review deleted that i commentted many years ago. I bought this one after hearing "Reflected", sadly Robert Soeterboek is not here but Tiro Loco Garcia does his job very well. Very Good Melodic HardRock indeed. "Culture Killed The Native" is a Masterpiece and is better than this by faaar IMO. "Your Beat Inside My Heart" and "Shining Light" are my favorite tracks. Solid Album but i still prefer their album debut. 8.5/10

From: juan carlos Date: June 11, 2010 at 10:50
Sorry, I meant to say el tOro loco Garcia.

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: June 11, 2010 at 13:31
Perhaps is "Tiro Loco Mcgraw" Very Good band and 2 VG albums, i have 1 video concert of them + 1 unreleased, really i enjoy with this kind of concerts with great music, but every lover of the best music enjoy with this kind of videos.

From: juan carlos Date: June 11, 2010 at 13:56
Perhaps is? perhaps its Tv Cvlo Roto Metal Heaven Records will release Wicked Sensations's new CD 'Crystallized' and Michael Klein have many video concerts recorded in many countries in 2002 so WS could release a DVD.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: March 27, 2011 at 19:32
Yeah guys Fernando "El Toro Loco" Garcia (Victory fame) sang in here, more melodic than the edgy kind of singing he used in Victory but very approachable to the band's needs..."Shining Light" as i said way back in 2007 is a great catchy rocking track,"Your Beat Inside My Heart","The One You Love Ain't Me","Exceptional" & "Rain On Me"...all these songs are top notch!!!...if i have to select one,i'd go to "Dying With The Wind"...recommended album...91/100
