From the Ted Poley era of the D2 history. Ted paid for the whole demo session and now this comes out. All I have to say is Ted is a fantastic singer and fit the band's early music perfect. the cd starts out strong and stays strong. Love this stuff. |

Worth it for 'Lovin A Girl..' alone. Once again top-notch pop-metal by these guys that to these ears sounds like a bridge between the debut and 'Screw It'. For this genre of music these guys do it perfect and if you're a fan this won't dissapoint. Very cool to hear their version of 'Temptation'. Love these guys!!!! |

Now if they could just land Andy Timmons... Did a show with them back in 1990 and they were fun to work with. Absolutely great live. |

Actually, I was just hangin out with Bruno Ravel the other weekend at a 40 Ft. Ringo/Silvertide show. He was telling me that they're gonna have some tour dates with Ted in late May/early June before they head out to the Sweden Rock Festival. As for Andy Timmons, he told me that Andy's wife just had a child, and he's spending more time at home and out of the music business. |

No idea why this is selling for full price as if you have the debut then why would you need inferior versions of the same tracks? The other out-takes are not in the same league as their official output (apart from the decent "Lovin' a Girl...") I understand that the debut was massively over-produced, but to release the demos just shows how reliant those tracks are on the production. Look forward to the new product, but avoid this. 4/10. |

One would obviously have loved to hear demos and b-sides of songs not familiar to fans, but this is still a good listen. 'Lovin' a Girl Like You' is cool commercial rock, 'Little Girl's Hot Tonite' is decent, 'Hold On Maria' is a killer melodic rocker, and Y & T's 'Temptation' is done nicely here too. Great song, and a good disc but I'd have preferred 10 previoulsy unheard tracks instead of 4. |

If you are a fan of the band, then you'll want it just for the 4 unreleased tunes. "Lovin' A Girl Like You" is just amazing. The cover of Y&T's "Temptation" is very cool. The rest is alt versions of D2 classics. Very cool for what it is. |

How many songs here were previously unreleased?I can't count or check nothin' but I think a couple.Another senseless disc only for the holy "Money God" ahahahah! |
