If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Wanted CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Wanted are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

These guys deliver!

From: TheRipper Date: January 11, 2003 at 20:30
Shit! These guy are GOOD! I was just about blown away when I heard this release. I am fortunate enough to have found a copy of it, and in retrospect would gladly pay the $36 average for it, worth every penny. These guys mix what makes Lancia and Wildside so great, and I also hear subtle similarities to Pretty Wicked and even Swingin Thing (say a more Hard Rockin version, voice alittle). RUN AND GO GET THIS ONE!! 'Say Goodbye' is an awesome L.A./Glam Hard Rock classic. A 10 on TheRipper's Scale!!

Glad someone else thinks so.

wasn't there a swedish band called WANTED around 1992 or so...they had songs like 'suzy' and 'summer love'...it was a mix between van halen and that typical swedish rock sound... tomcat@dolfijn.nl

From: TheRipper Date: January 12, 2003 at 18:44
That Wanted (Sweden I guess is where they're from) is different from the American one from L.A. (this one)... I think the other one had an album called 'Over The Top'...

From: Altay Date: January 15, 2003 at 17:19
guys do they really have just 4 songs?what the hell is that?

From: TIM Date: January 15, 2003 at 22:21
Lack of money. They have a hits album which I think has other tracks but I'm not for sure since I don't own it.

From: TheRipper Date: January 16, 2003 at 1:27
Naw, they do have another album with more songs from like '93 or so, but the quality isn't great as it was recorded live at one of the Hollywood clubs. I know, I wish I could here more studio material from these guys too. One thing though, this release has more good songs than some 11 track releases I've gotten so what are you goin to do? They've got the Power and the Hooks to hang with the best of 'em, Killer Band, Very Cool CD!

From: PauloFernandes Date: March 11, 2003 at 20:20
Hi guys, i have that other cd you are talking about, its called WANTED - Kenny James - Hollywood C.A. - there are ten tracks in this cd - some live, some remixed - including the 4 tracks on this CD. In fact i'll add it to the HeavyHarmonies database now :-)

From: PauloFernandes Date: March 11, 2003 at 20:51
Nine tracks actually - My eyes are not what they used to be, lol :-)

From: SPOTLIGHT Date: May 28, 2003 at 7:29
I've got a full length demo from these guys, which was sent after the release of this album and it's got different tunes than the Hollywood CA album. Interesting. This was an awesome band. They should've been huge!!! (creeper@sunlink.net)

There is one on ebay right now. Awesome stuff!!

From: Steve Date: June 30, 2004 at 23:35
Greg...I don't see it anywhere on eBay. When was it ending? Do you remember who the seller was?

From: CRAIGDUFRESNE Date: September 5, 2004 at 18:13
I MUST BE ONE OF THE FEW PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT THIS CD WAS JUST AVERAGE HAIR METAL. YES IT IS PRETTY RARE AND HARD TO COME BY, BUT DOES IT MAKE IT GREAT? NO NOT AT ALL. I PLAYED THIS CD FROM START TO FINISH AND WAS UNIMPRESSED. THE PRODUCTION ISN'T BAD FOR AN INDE, BUT ITS PISS POOR SONG WRITING IS WHAT DONE IT IN FOR ME. NO TO MENTION THAT IT ONLY HAS 4 TRACKS, SO IT HARDLY HAS TIME TO REDEEM ITSELF AFTER THE FIRST SONG.

From: Delbert Date: January 1, 2010 at 14:51
Vocalist Kenny James is at his best hard rock form on this highly sought after CD which will appeal to fans of ROXY BLUE, WARRANT and CRY WOLF.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: October 7, 2015 at 19:43
Danger Danger and Roxy Blue come to my mind...indie band with not much to show IMHO...track 4 is probably the most consistent one...tracks 1(live),2(typical Glam softy)& 3 are not completely a waste but neither great tunes...50/100
