I don't remember what I thought of this one. I'll have to give it another listen.

I don't know what this cd sounds like but the song titles rock!

I rated it a 7 so I couldn't have been too impressed. Of course I was in a hurry to submit it before sending it to my friend. I'll have to give it another spin.

TIM, did you get my e-mail?

From: TIM Date: August 19, 2002 at 11:35
Yeah, I got it. I sent you two more. See if you like or have some of the bands I mentioned.

From: TIM Date: October 4, 2002 at 12:17
David, these guys kind of remind me of the Mama's boys. The guitar riffs sound like they ripped AC/DC and Boston really bad except much bluesier. Overall I'd say Mama's Boy's. Some of it sounds Rhett Forester-like, except blusier.

From: David Date: May 12, 2003 at 14:27
The only song I really liked off this one was 'Everybody Needs Music'. TIM's right, they are similar to Mama's Boys but Mama's Boys are alot better!!

If you liked the band The Rods, then you'll like this. David 'Rock' Feinstein and Garry Bordanaro both play on this one. Pretty cool release. Very hard to find. I'd give it a good solid 8. Not bad at all.

this music its like a poison

From: Turi Date: April 1, 2004 at 4:11
Pure Hard Rock & Roll, reminds me to Godz, to move the feet...

From: Geoff Date: May 20, 2004 at 8:06
Very average in my books. Not awful, just painfully ordinary hard rock. Can't say I like this one too much at all.

From: no no Date: October 17, 2004 at 14:15
uhhmmm, not very bad, not very good, not very nothing interesting

I've always been a fan of David Rock Feinstein either with The Rods or with his solo career, now reuniting The Rods again in 2009 and going on strong in 2010..talking about this album is a very good Heavy Rock/Rock'n'Roll release and i'm telling this not because i've admired Feinstein through out the years as he is a great musician and composer, but is because the quality of his music is way too cool!.."Bad Boys Rocking Again" is just excellent and the AOR-ish of "Everybody's Needs Music" are 2 good examples... just to mention 2 highlights of the album because the rest of the songs are worth in all aspects honestly..if u want a clue is like listening the old Triumph stuff and Status Quo.If u feel like listening to good structured Heavy Rock/Rock'n'Roll music, then A'La Rock would be the best option.90/100

This was a post The Rods band that only recorded this album...they were supposed to continue with this band (was not a project) but somehow it stopped..Gary Bordonaro is also in here..
