Probably his most underrated album. To me it ranks right up there with his first 3. This bombed when it was released unfortunately. I guess it sounded too 70s for the early 80s music fans. |

"Probably his most underrated album." I agree Gar! This is a very good disc! "Tailgunner" is a killer song! Wish he would resurrect this one in concert. "Bound & Gagged" is fitting for today's political atmosphere as well. Check out my Nugent page: http://www.nolifetilmetal.com/tednugent.htm |

Its the only good piece of Ted Nugent, its very nice, the songs are very balanced and different, you dont believe that Nugent can do that, Derek St Holmes have a very good voice. Es un disco muy agradable |

A great piece of work from the mighty Nuge. This guy never fails to amaze with his virtuosity. |

This was the transition between Wango Tango & Penetrator...a mix of typical Nugent's Hard Rock tracks with now a new dosage of melody...the album brings great tunes but somehow this release was basically shelved even by the same Ted ...anyway along with Derek St Holmes and other great musicians such as Carmine Appice (drums) & Jude Cole (nowadays an AOR singer)he put together songs that kicked and rocked straight to our face..."No,No,No" a highlight,a good rocking one,"Bound & Gagged" pretty catchy,"Fightin' Words" ,"Good & Ready" excellent!,"Ebony" quite AORish(comes to mind his album Penetrator),"We're Gonna Rock Tonight" rocks ala typical Ted Nugent style and "Tailgunner" solid, kinda epic and with a Wango Tango type of ending...an album that needs to be taken on count 4 sure!!!.90/100 |
