Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

first comment for this reissue in cd s of the two rossington collins band records!!!it s an honor for me.the lynyrd skynyrd s crash 1977 survivors are back.leon wilkeson, billy powell, allen collins and gary rossington have recruted a drummer ,a third guitarist and dale krantz an extraordinary female singer.dale start her career in the backing vocals of 38special,then she sing in this record, in 1986 in rossington "return to the scene of the crime" and in 1988 in rossington band "love your man".now she is in the backing vocals of lynyrd skynyrd and several years ago she is dale krantz rossington married to gary.she have an extraordinary voice.billy powell (rip) says that the first time he hear dale singing in a studio he was scotched and very impress by the phenomenal voice of dale.he says "she s not a white woman she is black".ok on this two records several songs are not at my taste, to bluesy, to rock n roll but when they plays southern it s an orgasm.class southern rock the top of the |
