| I was sad when Terra Nova called it a day (Livin' it Up is one of my favorite AOR discs). Guess what? They're BAAAAAaaaaack! Aquila is basically "Terra Nova gone acoustic". This 14-track CD is full of hooks and melodies. Even though the approach is more laid back than in the past, it's a welcome departure. Good music to cruise to with the windows down, or kick back with a couple of brews in the evening. The musicianship is solid, the performances tight, and the production/mix is quite good. The choruses work well and get you tapping along. The choice of instrumentation works well for all the tracks. If you enjoy acoustic AOR, then this is a must-have. Rating: 87/100

| The catchy riff-laden hooks and vocal stylings you associated with Terra Nova are still there, but it has a modern pop varnish applied to it. There's a certain Nelson acoustic/bubbly flavor throughout, in some cases they combine modern pop on top of their acoustic/organ style with flying colors!

| was a little disapointed when i heard this one, not exactly TERRA NOVA this stuff, but then i heard their second one " man with a mission", that was much better,but still not quite in the league of TN. actually a few of the songs could have been on a fourth Terranova cd.....listen to it.

| 'Say Yeah' does not exhibit any innovation. To begin, the lyrics are maudlin and poor. The vocalist is desperately trying to define a style, but it comes off affected. And the song architecture is overly formulaic. The production is good on this CD, but it nevertheless left me flat. I can’t recommend this band, and cannot recommend this particular CD.

I always had a hard time coping with Terra Nova's very poor lyrics, even though they put forth some good music. I have the same problem here. My five year old son could write better lyrics than these guys, and he's not even born yet!  Yeah, there's no son yet and I kind of like the pop rock approach of these guys, which is not great but a bit of fun. Listen to 'Busted' though - reminds me of the pop band Busted. Pretty nice disc in places, but certainly not great, IMO. Not recommended.

| No sé por qué, pero adoro Say Yeah ,un temita alegre que podría ser una versión de poison por parte de terranova para que os hagais una idea.Un buen disco, diferente a terranova, pero buenísimo. 8/10

| Got it for 4.5euros and never got regret. Say guys, even a single song /Wide Open/ can keep you playing repeatedly for hours! Put your heart into it, U'll get more. I agree with Geoff, the lyrics're always poor even when in the period of Terra Nova, HOWEVER, the melody will fadeeeeeeeees!

| Pop Rock in the vein of 90s Pop music; Say Yeah sounds like a boyband tune from that era. Similar sounding to Bon Jovi for example. Most tunes are pretty catchy, even when a bit repetitive, but they are radio friendly indeed. Nothing's Impossible Now brings a few different sounds to the album. Not a big fan of this sound though. Some of the lyrics are bad, but English isn't these guys' native language so it's OK. Rating: 6/10. Favorite Track: -.
