This was easily their best album. It was a few years ahead of its time. Solid hard rock. David Feinstein is Ronnie James Dio's cousin. Carl Canedy became Anthrax's producer. |

Increible. This is a killer of an album, like all THE RODS albumes. Pure Hard and Heavy. Raw and nasty. pure old school HEAVY METAL from the early 80s. |

I won't say anything new here. For 82 this was an exceptional album with memorable hooks and some good riffing. |

A good cd but nowhere near the class of the debut Arista Records "The Rods" or indeed the 3rd album "In the Raw" both are superior in terms of songs. |

If u get into The Rods, get hold of "Third Wish" by Feinstein. The Rods guitarist latest album (2003). ***** stars. You won't regret it. |

"Burned By Love" supongo que The Cult habrá escuchado bastante este tema.. "End of the Line" mi segundo tema favorito con |

I miss LET THEM EAT METAL here! Best album from these band. |

It got panned a bit at the time but this is my favourite Rods album. They went for more melody & bigger choruses on this release while still retaining plenty of muscle. There are plenty of highlights with "Violation", "Burned by love", "Rock 'n' rollin' again", "End of the line", "Too hot to stop" & "The night lives to rock" leading the way. Only negative is the pointless cover of "You keep me hangin' on". Highly recommended !! |

Great!!!...showing a solid and strong Melodic Heavy Metal/Hard Rock album, one of the most outstanding ever recorded by The Rods IMO...plenty of killers in the shape of "Too Hot To Stop","Waiting For Tomorrow","Violation"( ),"Wild Dogs","End Of The Line","No Sweet Talk,Honey" & "The Night Lives To Rock"...this is not the word of a fanatic, this is a real good one to have!!!...recommended...90/100 |

very good release for THE RODS back in 82 with that street hard heavy sound that it s quite strong & electric !the songs are remarkable with some interesting hooks and even some melodic choruses like "burned by love" or "end of the line" but also some great rockers like "too hot to stop","no sweet talk honey"!highly recommended and a classic art work as well |
