| This band ain't awesome, but they're much better than 99% of the crap currently on the radio, throwbacks to the days of loud, raw, unbridled hard rock a la Guns 'N' Roses. No grunge, no angst, no flannel, no choreographed dance moves...just loud, raucous, fun-lovin', sleazy hard rock served up with lots of attitude & swagger. It's not exactly revolutionary, but those looking for some old-school hard rock/metal should find plenty of bang for their buck.

| Hey M Allen, check this site out. http://www.knac.com/article.asp?ArticleID=781 I would have paid big bucks to see 3 members of Guns N Roses with Josh Todd and Keith Nelson all on stage together at Randy Castillo's benifit concert. I wonder what an album with these guys together would sound like?

| Wow what the f#@k happened with these guys?!?! This album just BOMBED and it's much better than the first one. What scares me is that MTV can have just that much influence on what the average 15 year old buys. What's funny to me is that on their debut everybody & their mother was going "G-N-R,G-N-R" and then on this album where to me they actually live up to that no one gives a shit anymore. That's too bad as this is a great sweaty rock-n-roll album.

| The last great hard rock and roll band from America...They take into 2000 the US tradition after Aerosmith and Guns N' Roses... This record sounds like the debut but is better played... Pornostar, Front side, Whiskey in the morning and Place in the sun are awesome!!! I've seen them live with Kiss in Milan, Italy some years ago and they fuckin' kick ass ! ! ! ! ! Joshua Todd is what you can call A ROCK AND ROLL FRONTMAN.... cooooool

| I totally agree with Sleazy. Josh Todd is a perfect example of what a frontman should be. He's got the moves, energy and stage presence of Steven Tyler, Mick Jagger, Axl Rose, and Sebastian Bach all rolled into one. You couldn't ask for more. This cd was grossly underrated. I would put it right next their debut cd when it comes to ass kicking Rock N Roll. This is a no bullshit rock band that plays their asses off every show. Everyone should check out this cd if they get the chance.

| These guys have now made two great albums. The first one came out in 1999 and gave rock music a good shift kick in the ass! This album does it again, but it didn't get the push it deserved. I've got some rare Buckcherry albums. One is a CD singal from Australia with a couple of previously unreleased songs. The other is a live album called "Who Are The Rolling Stones?" It wasn't easy to find and the CD skips in places, but well worth having anyway!

WELL, IT'S OFFICIAL!! BUCKCHERRY HAS BROKEN UP!! Josh has recently decided to quit Buckcherry and pursue a different musical path. He was no longer having fun being in the band and the process of making the new record had become "quite dissapointing" to him. Josh hopes to have some new music soon. As for Keith and the rest of the band, they have decided to call it quites as well. NO MORE BUCKCHERRY!! This really sucks shit!!! I felt they were the best new rock band out there.

| This one, like the first one, was a little bit overhyped in the rock press, because everybody wants GnR or somebody like them, so I guess I got my expectations up a bit too high. A good album, to be sure, with the Fizz Picks being "Time Bomb," "Pornostar," "Whiseky in the Morning" and, oddly enough, the hidden track, the ballad with just Josh and a piano, "Open My Eyes."

Just bought this album for the 2nd time this past weekend. I had to buy it again, because a few months after it was first released they re-released it with a few extra songs on it. At the time I didn't bother buying another copy, and after they broke up I couldn't find the CD with the extra songs. So now (finally) I've got both copies!! The extra songs are: 'Good Thing' (studio version), Fastback '69' (live), & 'Lit Up' (live). I could've downloaded them, but I wanted a real copy.

| Clearly a great band and a great album. Nothing really new in it but a style renewed which is enough to satisfy any rock (hard) fan. Very talented. As for many bands, a great vocalist makes the difference. When a band breaks up after 2 great albums we are inclined to be sorry but, hey, one thing is for sure : they won't make any bad recording...

| I saw Josua in the Randy Castillo's benefit concert with Guns N Roses, it was amazing even I didin't know anything about Buckcherry in those moments, actually Josua was walking arround on the vip parlor.

| Maybe it was the mood I was in when I got this....but it knocked me on my ass!!! Playing it again now....and it still has that effect on me. "Slamin'" is my favorite rocker. But the 'hidden' track "Open My Eyes" absolutely took my breath away!!!! I just love this album!!!

Wotty-if you can't see the appeal of sleaze-nothing we say will make you like it-it's just personal taste. Kind of like your love of keyboards-you say it adds lushness and makes the sound fuller-to me they sound contrived, wimpy, and boring. Neither one of us are right and we'll go on liking what we like.  This album impressed me way more than the debut. I still would like to hear Josh's old band -Slamhound-are they any good?

| LOL...Hi Wotty!!!! True...I am an AOR fan....but on any given day, I'm an even bigger sleaze / hard rock fan too...and *gasp* even country, symphony, and some bluegrass!! Also a huge New Wave fan too. I just love all kinds of music. THIS one just hit the "sleazy rocker chick" in me, I suppose... So, to answer your question.....I don't know!!! The appeal is just there. Dean....I've never heard Slamhound either.....hmmm....got some research to do now!!!

| Wotty-sorry man, it was not meant to be a dig at all but when you have to ask the appeal of sleaze obviously you're not gonna get it Survivor,Journey,Alien etc are some of my favorite bands but so are la guns and faster pussycat-if you want to chat some more come to the messageboards and we'll hash it out there and hopefully you can show me a couple more bands i can sppreciate-MJ-keep me updated on the Slamhound search. | possibly the greatest rock n' roll album since Guns N' Roses "Appetite For Destruction"? Oh yes!It's criminal that this band weren't massive.Fabulous songs, great attitude and a great looking vocalist with a brilliant voice.And this c.d. is even better than their debut. You can pick this up really cheap so do yourself a favour as you will NOT be diaappointed!!!

| Buckcherry, to me, has always been a singles band. The best songs tend to get released as singles, and then there's a lot of filler left on the albums that just falls flat. All their discs are that way, some more than others, and Time Bomb is no exception. On top of that, the production is just weird-sounding. After the success of the first album, this one didn't sell well at all, and the band was dropped from their label and broken up by the end of 2001, and I'm not even sure if the CD is even available anymore, even with the band's improbable return to success. My favorite songs would be the first single "Ridin'" "Time Bomb," "Whiskey In The Morning," "Slammin'" and the piano song at the end.

More or less agree with Doghouse Reilly...for me obviously is not as outstanding as their debut,musicwise and production is a bit lower that their first one but somehow it can keep the attention of the people who has listened to both albums,i mean,i wouldn't trash this out at all...u want kicking a** songs?,well "Time Bomb","Whiskey In The Morning" & "Fall" give you that..some other goodies?,i'll put you "Ridin'","Underneath" & "Slit My Wrists"...90/100 being honest and objective

| excellent 2nd step for BUCKCHERRY !hard rockin tunes,good songs,attitude,groove ,updated sound TIMEBOMB seems to have everything needed!all the songs are remarkable and this one will satisfy all hard rockers around!
