I overlooked this Michael Sweet look-alike until my friend played me "Matter of Time" and hooked me like a catfish on a 10 pound test-line. Great solid AOR with not a lot of frills, but definitely muscular production. Find it wading in the shallow end of your neighborhood bargain bin and reel it in!

The song 'Matter of Time' is cool, it starts happy, then ends sadly, he realizes she is not interested, he is alone...comments??

For me, "Everything to Me" is a killer song. A pure AOR with big riff. There are links for this artist?

Not much is known about Michael, but he is definitely one major AOR talent who can be classed alongside the likes of Paul Sabu and Jeff Cannata. The opening pair of 'Here We Go' and 'Matter Of Time' are good enough efforts but things really take off when we kick in with the third track 'I'm Over You'. This is prime cut AOR! This pulses in majestic fashion. 'I Believe' is symphonic rock in much the same vein as Arcangel. Great stuff. Classy as hell!!

Catchy hooks and crisp production. The CD is a winner. Shame he didn't do anything else.

ESTE TIPO DE CANCIONES SON LAS QUE PASAN A FORMAR MIS CLASICOS INDISCUTIBLES, ASI CON ESE RITMO, ESA ENERGIA, QUE TE HACEN SENTIR COMO UN TIGRE, UN TEMA PELICULERO DE LOS 80 TOTAL, EL SOLO HECHO DE TENER ESTE TEMA YA ES OBLIGADO TENERLO. ASI QUE YA ESTAN AVISADOS. RECOMENDADO PARA LOS FANATICOS Y COLECCIONISTAS DE AOR. NO HARD ROCK COMO LO PONEN ARRIBA. SALUDOS DESDE ICA-PERU DE SU AMIGO EL AVE FENIX. SE ME OLVIDABA HOY ES EL CLASICO BARCA-REAL. CON RONALDINHO GANAMOS.

Total waste of three dollars! The songs lack imagination and the hooks are about as inviting as the artwork...not a classic.

A nice blend of keyboards and guitars and some real nice vocal work. This is a solid effort and recommended listening.

Yet another release that went by pretty unnoticed at the time, apart from those with a few handy contacts -a real shame as this is a bit of an AOR gem to be discovered. OK, there is nothing new in it's approach, but good songs are good songs in my book and this has plenty on offer. There is definately something here that raises it above alot of it's peers of the time, so definately gets my seal of approval if you see it.

An album I knew very little about. But I was not disappointed in it at all !! Solid, dependable Hard/A.O.R. that, even after 15 years, sounds fresh and contains some special moments..

Am gonna be the odd-one-out here and disagree with all the positive comments. It all sounds very programmed and the songs lack any real hooks. As a result my copy's been on eBay twice and not sold. The cover of "Hold your Head up" is particularly weak, and sounds so out of place. I like the first few songs but it just doesn't hold my interest. There is also a Christian artist called Michael O'Brien, so if you're not careful you might end up with this album by mistake 5/10.

Title track is okay. The rest seems pretty unispiring. Maybe with a better budget he could have beefed up the sound.

A couple of fillers between a very good set of songs a la Phil Cristian but with a more mellow approach either in the vocals and in the music. When he rocks sounds like Tommy shaw's Ambition at times but but when he goes soft... WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY-WHY KILLS YOU since from the first listen!!!!! Great and solid aor release.

I agree with all the positive comments about this CD, but then again I'm a little biased being the bass player and all. Personally my favorite cut was "I'm Over You". Glad to see this baby still floating around out there. And if anything, we sure had a blast with are live gigs when it was released back in the early 90s. By the way there is a pretty cool video of "I Believe" some where out there...

If Kip Winger and David Hasselhoff mutated together, became one, and put out an album in 1990 this would be it. Very mediocore songs at best; weak and limited voice. There's a reason why this was never noticed and why it goes for $1 on ebay. He tried to blend the hip rock for the time with AOR and it did not work. B-O-R-I-N-G. 3/10

Very pleasant AOR album by this (according to what i have read)CCM artist...nice voice that fits into the songs perfectly..."Matter Of Time","I'm Over You","Hold Your Head Up"(decent cover but quite unnecessary),"Today Is The Day"(top notch song!),"I Know"( rocking one)are songs that surely will hook you up...now about personal faves i go to these ones "Wait For You" & "Everything To Me" (obviously those 2 are gonna hook you up too )...a worthy album by all means...92/100
