The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Identical Strangers CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Identical Strangers are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Sure, it's got Andy Denton, one of the best vocalists in all of Christian hard rock, but anyone expecting another killer dose of melodic metal like Legend will be bummed, because Identical Strangers is much lighter than Denton's previous band. That said, some of the tracks ("Juliana Wilson," for example) are enjoyable enough from an AOR standpoint. Bottom line, this CD is an okay listen, but a major letdown compared to Denton's earlier projects.

I have not listened to this CD but will be purchasing it. All I know is THANK GOD I found something else that Andy Denton is singing in! I have been searching for years for something by this artist. I have both recordings he made when with Legend/Legend 7 and am left wanting more. This man has the ultimate voice (best 'screamer' out there - better than John Schlitt!!! and thats saying something. Now if I can just find something that the lead guitarist, Mike Jacobs has done I would be thrilled

Andy Denton also did a solo album very much in the style of John Elefante, if you can ever find it. i have it on cassette but have never seen it on cd.

Average/Ok Semi-Acoustic CCM Melodic Rock. I agree with M. Allen, Quite disappointing compared with the other Denton projects, Good production, some "catchy" choruses. "Julianna Wilson" "Father Me" "Extraordinary Love" "The Long Haul" and "Listen With Your Heart" are Ok. 7.5/10

Decent album and enjoyable, with nice songs in it...do not expect one great record but one that will simply satisfies the necessary..."Hearing Is Believing","Julianna Wilson","Father Me" & "Long Haul"(very nice one) are my faves...80/100
