| If you like prog bands such as Spock's Beard or Discipline for example, then you will like Tiles. Echolyn also comes to mind, so I suspect that we can throw in Echolyn offshoots Still and Finneus Gauge into that mix as well. Tristan Park also comes to mind, when Chuck Dyac was singing lead.

| It would be a crime to ignore this fine prog rock band. There are influences of Rush (Terry Brown is the producer !), but you can call them very original (as Power Of Omens). They have constructed their own style, very fine. Check also out their other record and a new is in the pipeline !

| There are so many wonderful moments on this disc, it's tough to pick out a few to highlight. "Modifications" is one, "The Learning Curve" (which features a very nice guitar solo just before the end, short but impressive), but it is "Taking Control," the most Rush like track here, that is the song that will sell you on Tiles.

| Good prog rock outfit.The album is not bad but with the tipical neverending songs become a little boring even though is produced by Terry Brown.I would risk myself in buying a Dream Theater album rather than another Tiles one.For neverending songs Dream Theater rules!!!.

| Yep, i agree with all the comments above but this kind of stuff is not mine, anyway this is not bad at all. I like "Taking Control". Prog fans will enjoy this album much more than me. 7.5/10
