This album is quite raw but very melodic. The vocalist reminds me of Bruce Dickinson but the music is genuine AOR and is worth having a listen to. Its one that grows on you.

Finally I got my sticky little fingers on this great cd. Its a superb AOR cd. Highly recommendable. Ride The Storm is one of my alltime favorite tracks. They remind me a lot of Magnum. But better.

Just found this one...Pretty individual sound to them...I'd label them 'LightPomp-AOR' or something like that...Very emotional vocals in a melodic frame of good musicianship...The cover of 'Just Like An Arrow' is amazing! Overall they remind me of Magnum...

I'm upset there's just a few comments on this one! It may not be a Classic, but definitly worth searchin for. Something between hard-aor and melodic hard-rock, with a raw yet warm melodic voice; enough keyboards where there has to be, and quite catchy choruses. Highlight of course would be 'Just like an Arrow'. Production instead, doesn't get the size of it. I would almost say the vilyl sounds better than the cd!! Anyway the packing of the cd it's quite nice.

Cool old school 80īs mix of metal (by the voice) and pure aor with light guitars and full of keyboards . While the first record of these guys are a terrible act of b series metal , this one is really cool .The art cover is pretty cool too; despite this good work of the white wolf guys, the rest of their production is not at the same level of 'Endangered'.

This one would have been fantastic and essential had it not been for the extremely weak and dated production. Too bad! Excellent songs, ideas and of course immaculate performances by Don and Cam. Nice to see Don posting here and that he's still an active vocalist.

Overrated album guys!I hate to say that also here the best song is a cover,I can 't understand these choises:If you have decent songs you can't put a timeless and infinite cover like'Just like an arrow'(one of the greatest piece of aor ever heard). This band live on Magnum's shadow...but I should hear their other release,a friend of mine told me it's better....This one is 7/10.Average Aor IMO.

Pretty good mid-80's commercial rock effort. Solid performances and above average songs make this good but not a masterpiece. I give this 7/10. This is a higher class AOR effort though and you won't be disappointed but you won't be blown away either. Keyboard oriented AOR with pretty good musicians and production all around. Vocals are a clean mid range to semi-high. All musicians are good and solid to where nothing dominates; all equal. Just above average AOR from the mid-80's.

Great AOR indeed, i donīt find any filler here but the production is not brilliant. Good vocals but not impress me much. The magnum cover song is great and "Ride the Storm" is awesome too. "Snake Charmer" is very similar to "Perfect Strangers" (Deep Purple). 8.8/10

First of all i'd like to change my perspective about this album as i wrote back in 2006 just a line without the benefit of the doubt and without giving it the spinnings the album deserved, now after listening to it like over 3 times in the last few days i'd say that this is a very good release that consists in strong solid songs and backed up with a excellent vocalist in Mr Cam Macleod,nice???...incredibly nice!!!! ...in fact i think that this is their most popular album so far..."Time Waits For No One" is a highlight but it could have been a stronger number for an opening track,"Run For Your Life" this is another story, excellent by the 4 sides,"Just Like An Arrow" is a fine piece of AOR,"She" was a smash hit single when the album came out,a catchy song,"Holding Back" is a solid rocking one,"One More Time" is another AOR hot shot & "All Alone" is superb!...get this and enjoy!.91/100

ok the production could be better,ok track 10 is very average,ok the voice of the singer is a little special he is not the best singer of the world but....i recommand this record.it s a very great canadian hard fm record.not a classic, not the album of the century but white wolf deliver a very solid and a very interesting record.the beautiful ballad track 5, is influenced by scorpions.(the masters of the hard rock ballads).white wolf have some good influences!!!!

very good hard rock release by WHITE WOLF back in 86 !their sound captures the classic mid 80s approach with huge keys ,anthemic choruses and big guitars!the production is kinda weak but the band seems to have some potential!"she","just like an arrow" and "holding back " are the highlights and this one is quite enjoyable
