This has been a complete surprise to me how much I enjoyed this album. With the pre release singles I thought it was gonna be ok, but was not blown away. And on the initial playthrough I was of the same mind. Then when I listened to it again, it just clicked and has been on repeat a lot since then, to the point it's in my top 5 albums of 2023. I do think the album benefits from some of the songs being co-written by Paul Laine, but even saying that, the tracks not penned by him hold their own as well. I don't think Cassidy has the strongest vocal style, but rock isnt always about being the best vocalist. Look forward to more stuff in the future.

With Cassidy Paris, from the old team, it amazes with its freshness and intuition. Ok, Chez Kane is much better (also because the songs written by the guy from Crazy Lixx are better, and he is a better songwriter), however there is a freshness in the album
