This is just about the best live cd Ive ever heard, you can almost feel the sweat from the crowd and this awesome band. The production could be a little better, but wow what a collection of tracks and just listen to the way that Molly Hatchet and the crowd are having a party. I wish I had been there. |

Quality-wise, Double Trouble Live is much better - the guitars on this aren't mixed in well in the 1st several songs. But musicianship-wise, it rocks! Good to hear some old Danny Joe growl! Still one of my ALL-TIME favorite bands - they just knew what rock-n-roll was! |

Sound Quality is pretty good for a 1979 recording. Brings back some amazing memories of one of the Best bands around at that time. (skynyd was gone) I left a NYC show (same year) with "little birdies" in my ears and did not get my hearing back for 3 days. Love it! A definite Must Have for southern rock / Hatchet fans. Stand on it Duane! |
