If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Banshee CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Banshee are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

The hardest of the BANSHEE cds to obtain, I believe this was a limited pressing of 1000 on their own indie label. Was fortunate to obtain this disc for about half the ebay average listed, but don't think I would take 10 times that for it now. 'Desire' is a different version of the same track from Race Against Time. This is 80s style melodic power metal at its best. One of my all time favorite bands, I would highly recommend ANY Banshee release. 'COLOR ME METAL!!!'

I got this one, with strange inserts and stuff. had forgotten about it until I saw this post. Will dust it and play it. ;-)

This is a good album from a strong band, but not my cup of tea. They sound a bit like BAD MOON RISING, all in all to groovy, bass driven for me. "Fight" and "the Spell" are the only kick ass songs on this.

Finally i decided to track this last Banshee effort down and it hooked me up!!! ...undoubtebly the best release out of the 3 ones they've recorded(shamely the band disbanded after this one came out)...the album is packed with solid strong songs and rocky hooks..."Color Me" starter,an excellent one along with "Fight" & "Memories"(this one is a solid soft track),"Running Wild" gets you running goodly,it rocks along with "Stand Strong","The Spell" is another solid shot,"Out For Love" is another one & there is a bonus track "Live For Music (The Slam)" which ends the album in an splendid rocking way...Banshee did take us by storm but i guess it was too late... ....this one...95/100

D@mn good release from a midwestern band that deserved alot more. The material here waa actually written and recorded from '88 to 92' and released originally by the band after their deal with Atlantic dissolved.
