October 24, 2020: ONE WEEK REMAINING in the Annual Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive!
Donations stand at covering 63% of the site's annual expenses... so close and yet so far. The annual donation drive is what keeps the site free for everyone so that I'm only pestering you once a year rather than running ads year round.
If you are not in a position to contribute (which I fully understand), please disable your ad-blocker on heavyharmonies.com. When you click through any of the eBay links, if you buy something on eBay, Heavy Harmonies will get a tiny commission.
Donation buttons are shown below. There is a thread on the HH forum that explains the perks for donating at the $20 and $50 levels.
Thank you for supporting the Heavy Harmonies community!-Dan

If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Sheela CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Sheela are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Good solid hard rock with a melodic edge. Recommended for fans of consistent hard rock. Not overly spectacular, but not bad at all.

Me hicieron recordar a Mats Leven y sus Dogface. Buena producción y eso vale, buen inicio con 'Long Time' luego baja un poco como en esa semi-acústica bien sosa llamada 'Claire' pero con 'Holdin' On' la cosa cambia ostensiblemente, gran tema de HardRock Melódico ó en 'Reno' simplemente Tralla! mi Favorita sin lugar a dudas. La Semi-Balada 'Spread Your Wings' In crescendo total, muy buena. Buen disco. 8/10

FANTASTIC GUITAR PLAYER like KEE MARCHELLO great production and good singer If you like TREAT ,you'll like this one as well ! And i think the DOGFACE comparison it's fair too (the great MATS LEVEN was in TREAT for the awesome s/t 1992 album !) Keyboard player MARKUS TESKE will later produce some fine German band like : the mighty VANDENPLAS , FARO or MOB RULES BUY OR DIE 93/100

Hmm....just listened to the whole disc, start to finish....good stuff...didn't want to fast forward any song, but didn't need to listen to one over and over....Some Coverdale style vocals on a couple songs...I'll listen to again at some point, should it get to my player, but won't search out.

Good effort!!!...as Geoff said solid HR with a Melodic edge...sounds at times like an AORish version of Whitesnake("Holdin' On" is a good example)...my fave tracks are "Reno" & "Firewoman" but add to those tracks 2,4 & 5 obviously...enjoyable...85/100
