Sounds alittle like AC/DC but alot better. Better vocals for sure. Herman Frank does a super job on this release. A great effort. Your losing out if you have not tried MOONDOC. Also Herman Frank is a dead ringer for Howard Stern.

Herman Frank does a great job on this one! Some of the heavier material reminds me of Pink Cream 69.Bay`s vocals reminds me of Andi Deris.Drum section is very solid and precise. The overall production is very good, just like the artwork.Songs have this rocki`n feeling, with good melodic chorus. Some of them I can even describe as hyms.Great musicians. The perfect example of a great german hard rock band .

This is truly an OUTSTANDING Melodic Hard Rock/Metal release - it absolutely ROCKS from start to finish! No matter what release HERMAN FRANK is a part of, you know it's going to put out spectacular music!

I just added this to my collection...what the hell took me so long.I love this CD.Great hard rock with even greater guitar riffs.Buy this CD!

A great Cd featuring herman Frank (Accept/Victory) at his absolute best. Great songs, great riffs and a strong band performance-definately an overlooked gem.

From: Geoff Date: January 9, 2005 at 1:04
I believe this one is actually better than a fine debut. Again we have massive riffs and big hard rock songs. There is also a third CD, but that ventures into more metallic regions. These first two are easily the best and come highly recommended for fans of Victory / Crystal Ball and Shakra... and Pump. Good solid hard rock.

Japan release comes with bloody good bonustrack: "crystal eyes". 8/10 And a better frontcover.

From: Japangea Date: May 21, 2006 at 10:53
zid, thanks for the info.Yes,that bonus is one of the best songs on this great alnum, and I tell you it was once on the demo tape for "Temple Of Gold" album but it was no used unfortunately.

P.S. Japanese issue was in the different cover.

Herman Frank has some serious f'n tone going on here! A ton of riffs and a very underrated player at that. This cat has played in some great metal bands (Accept,Victory,Sinner etc...)The singer here is actually pretty good."Foolin" and "Devil And The Deep Blue Sea" sealed the deal for me personally. ----

80's style done the way only people who were around then could do it, in true style. Enough WOAH YEAHs to please any 80's rocker and sleazy riffs galore. This ain't no throwback here, this is the real sound of the 80's, just close your eyes and you're there

Great solid hard rocking band with a little dosage of metal here and there...led by the charismatic Herman Frank (Victory fame)this album includes great songs such as the opener "Why Don't You Know" which kicks a** the way it should be,"Promised Land" & "Take It Or Leave It" are both excellent tracks,"Foolin'" & "Can't Stop Loving" rock very good,"Heart Of Gold" strongly reminded me of Trixter and Danger Danger,"Dreamers Inside" wow, great track ala Kingdom come and with a good backing up chorus,"Out In The Cold" is my personal fave & "Devil And The Deep Blue Sea" closes the album the best way possible...recommended album 2 have 4 sure.91/100

The debut was good, but this second effort kicks its butt right out of the hemisphere like a comet in reverse. Herman Frank's cranking guitar riffs on this hard rocking power-punch are simply gargantuan, big enough to send Godzilla scurrying for cover, massive enough to knock over the Empire State Building. Combine those wall-of-sound guitars with the attitude-fueled voice of Chris Bay and anthemic, gang vocal-driven choruses and you've got a metal concoction that's tastier than licking melted Velveeta off a nude supermodel.
