Having problems storing the login and password?

If anyone is having problems with the site not saving the password and are using Internet Explorer as their browser try this:

  1. Go up to the top toolbar and click on Tools >> Internet Options... and select the Privacy tab.



  2. Midway down in the box should be an option called Advanced. Click on that to bring up the box below.



  3. Put a check mark in the box that says Override automatic cookie handling. Then under First-party Cookies mark the box that says Accept and in the next column that says Third-party Cookies mark the box that says Block. Put a check in the box that says Always allow session cookies.



  4. You will need to restart Internet Explorer and put in your password one more time but it should remember it after that.
