2025 Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive Update #2
Dec. 5, 2025: A little over three weeks left in the annual donation drive
and we've crossed 54% of the goal of covering expenses for 2026. Costs
are up this year, no thanks to an unexpected forum move, which incurred additional expenses.
The drive will run through the end of the year, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the
year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and
keeps the lights on.

Song oriented progressive metal.Recently re-released.Originally on Atco Records. Fronted by the explosive vocals of Michael Thomas Beck, Scary Hairy also includes the distinctive guitar work of Harry Dinnel & Kevin Meer, as well as the pounding rhythms of drummer Steve Aherns & bassist Rob Robinson. The five musicians, all hailing from the Midwest, got together on the suggestion of Shrapnel guitar virtuoso Michael Lee Firkins. Elements of funk & metal, with influences ranging from Black Sabbath to Deep Purple to Zeppelin.
