Gary writes great songs. One of the best that I've ever come across. I give his work a 10 either solo or with the group TEN. His vocal volume needs alittle more to it. He sometimes sounds like he gets drowned out by the band.

A great album that perhaps sounds a little dated compared to his latest works. Still a fantastic album it's just that his work has become stronger and stronger as he matures as an artist. Top Stuff. 8.5/10

This was the re-birth of Gary Hughes after his debut album Strength Of Heart was criminally overlooked by many. A Strong album from start to finish containing such gems as Blonde Angel, It Must Be Love and Criminal. This soundwise is just a stones throw away from Strength Of Heart (just less synth), and quality-wise blows Precious Ones out of the water. Was the first Gary Hughes solo album I ever heard, and I still love it to this day - the sign of a strong album. Reccomended - 9/10.

Ya con tener ese super temazo de AOR llamado "It Must Be Love" ya el disco vale, tremendo tema que Gary Hughes lo canta de forma brillante. Es una AOR perfecto.

Bueno, creo que me dejé llevar por la emoción, pero es que "It Must Be Love" es un Súper Temazo que de lejos es mi favorito del album. No es pues una joya pero es Gary Hughes y ya con eso minímo es un buen disco. Algunos clásicos coros a lo Ten, producción ok y de temas pues tambien me agradan la semi acústica "We Walk With Angels"(debería sacar temas similares a éste), la balada típca Ten "I Won't Break Your Heart" todo un clásico en su repertorio. Recomendable. 8.5/10

Uhmmm aqui solo rescato el Buen Tema "It Must Be Love" lo mejor del album el resto como que no convence una voz increible pero unos temas que en su totalidad no son tan agradables aqui algo bajo mi Amigo Gary...

I've always liked this artist like solist and like Ten's voice,too.This is a good lite aor disc with some energic moment(not so much)and some bluesy approach in some song." It Must Be Love" is my fave here,but the sounds mixing is not good.He seamed the Mark Free's brother only in behaviour unfortunately but,as I sayed,this is a very good artist.

After the magnificent "Strenght Of Heart" comes this release which is a goodie one but somehow it lacks of those powerful songs that the aforementioned album has...anyway still is a delight for our ears...best ones for me are "This Thing Of Beauty","Seducer"(rocks!),"Blonde Angel"(solid mid tempo ala Whitesnake),"Suspended Animation","It Must Be Love"(great soft AOR),"We Walk With Angels"(beauty),"Now Or Never"(killer!)& the B/T "Look At The Rain"(nice)...85/100

excellent solo release by GARY HUGHES and as always he delivers commercial hard rock music with many hooks and some great songs!the only thing that needs improvement in every work he s done are the many lyrics that need to be reduced and make the songs more simple and memorable!good stuff
