| I haven't listened to all of Accept's work, but I do know that this release is awesome! Not a bad track on the album. Lead vocals are raw and powerful with loads of conviction. Plenty of guitar power up front with bass and drums mixed well. Most material is melodic heavy metal. Title cut is excellent with the eerie synth intro and the next 5 tracks are all stand-outs. Check out 'Screaming for a Love Bite'... that's the way to do a rock ballad!

| The best in the genre. You have to have it. But the last track is called 'Bound to FAIL' and not 'Bound to FALL'. Excuse ACCEPTed.

| Accept, are cool, I found a shop with really cheap Accept Albums like '3.99 each!, But Metal heart is not their, However I have heard Metal Heart and Midnight Mover adn they are both 'AMAZING' So hopefully I'll get metal heart soon. ^_^

| This is a pretty good metal album, though nothing really exceptional. Sounds a bit like an AC/DC and Scorpions collaboration. The vocals do take a bit of getting used to. After the great track 6 the album falls apart.

| This record is so unbelievebly catchy. You can do nothing but bang your head to this. Accept has got the second best groove in the world (The first as you probably guesed are there soulmates from down under) When I hear this record I can only imigane a bus full of drunken German metalfans singing along to a tape of this record wlile driving of to the Wacken Open Air festival.

| I really like Accept, and this release is my favorite of all. Balls to Wall got them noticed, but this one surpasses it in METAL excellence!! Listen to the haunting choruses (Metal Heart, Bound to Fail) and the tasty riffs! (Screaming for a love bite, midnight mover...all of them!) An incredible piece of work, their absolute best. A perfect 10!!!!

| One of the best heavy metal lp of all time. Accept is a great band and Metal Heart is their best lp (with Balls to the Wall), very melodic and very heavy at the same time. It's sad because Accept is unknown outside of Europe. Metal Heart is a masterpiece and a classic in the heavy metal universe. You must have this lp if you like the heavy metal.

| I actually like this one more than the more popular 'Balls To The Wall' album. The songs get catchier here, and 'Midnight Mover' might be their catchiest song ever, but the video for it is unwatchable. Strong album throughout. 9/10

| I have always thought that this was the best metal album of 1985. Accept showed alot of strength in songwriting and in muscianship with this one, Balls To The Wall & Reckless And Wild. Such a shame that some rocket scientist convinced them to ditch Udo and go for a more commercial sound. That pretty much killed my interest in them, but Metal Heart is a must have cd.

| Cuando me inici' en la m'sica metal, lo hice sin lugar a duads con Accept.Para m' los mayores exponentes del metal cl'sico europeo junto a Maiden. Ten'a 12 a'os cuando los escuch' por 1ra vez. Ahora tengo 31 a'os y a'n no ha cambiado en nada el sentimiento y mi gusto musical por ellos...son geniales...Ojal' en un futuro no muy lejano se junte Wolf Hoffmann y Udo (y todos los dem's) y relaicen una gira mundial donde puedan venir a Chile...ya que ac' tienen muchos fans.Alguien traiga a UDO a Chile

| If by 'Riktigt Bra Skiva' you mean, 'this kicks ass' I agree 100%! This is my 3rd favorite Accept, Restless being first, and Balls being second. On this one the riffs were absolutely killer but it's almost like they tried to be more melodic than Udo could pull off without sounding silly. Still kicks ass those as mentioned previously...

| I bought this because of midnight mover, the rest of the cd is so so. Screaming for a love bite is good, but it is more of a pop song, like poison or somebody. Udo is not a pretty boy and shouldn't be singing stuff like that. I do like the raw power of his voice.

| Solid album. Even back in the day, this one was an album that grew on you. Sure it is a bit more commercial than the previous albums but only in certain places.Screaming for a love bite has radio hit all over it but then they push Metal Heart in your face and snap your neck back into the Accept sound. This one was a staple for me growing up in the 80's. Midnight Mover and Up to the Limit round out the best tunes on the album with the aforementioned. A great album by Accept. Highly Recommended.

| Ahhh! Back on track, a little bit more commercial sounding (if you can call Accept that). The song writing is brilliant .. catchy yet as heavy as f*ck. Screaming for a Love Bite is fantastic as is the title track and Too High to Get it Right (Their version of Aerosmith's Get It Up haha!). Great album from start to finish - maybe not as raw as R&W or Breaker but well worth grabbing!

| When it comes to Accept, this is as good as it gets, as far as I'm concerned!!! Perfectly executed from beginning to end, this is Accept at the top of their game. Both in writing and sound. 'Midnight Mover', 'Screaming For A love Bite', 'Dogs On Leads', and 'Living For Tonight' are some of the most melodic stuff this band has ever done and yes it is still raw as hell. How could it not be with Udo singing. The guy gargles with drain cleaner for God's sake. An 80's metal classic and a MUST HAVE!!!

| Definitely an 80's metal classic; solid, catchy, straight forward metal all the way through. While Udo isn't the greatest singer, the songs kick ass. His gravel vocals do kinda fit well. You won't be disappointed with this one. 80/100

| Screaming For A Love-Bite is definitely one of their best songs for me. Living For Tonite and Bound To Fail are also excellent heavy metal masterpieces. If you like it heavy, loud and fast with AC/DC style vocals, you will love this.

| excellent release ,with great production by mr Dierks and many great commercial songs!the sound is clear and powerful and the songwriting of the highest level!many anthems like "screaming for a love bite","midnight mover","living for tonite" and "metal heart " are classics!must have for sure!

| This is really a pleasant one...typical HM sound but played with that commercial side that many bands did in mid 80's,even with some AOR feel as well...fave ones of mine are 1(best cut),2,3,4,5(AORish),9 & 10...highly recommended stuff...87/100

| Metal Heart places Accept even more at the top of the continental European metal movement. The sound of Metal Heart is at the same time sharp, powerful but also son of the microchip era, Metal Heart becomes a rhetorical figure, a metonymy of rock, hard rock, heavy metal. Udo has never sung so melodically and the presence of the Fender Telecaster among the instruments used makes the record travel light in the musical cyberworld of 1985.
