In the U.S., Chilliwack is clearly a one hit wonder, with "My Girl" earning that status. It embodies the rockabilly/early rock retro movement of the early 80's combined the era's fascination of a clean studio sound combined with subtle reverb. It's a great, low key hit that withstands repeated airplay thanks to it's interesting balance of low and high sounds.

Chilliwack's "My Girl" was an irresistable blend of finger-snappin', barber-shop harmonies and Toto-esque arena rock. If you buy this CD for this song alone, it's worth it. But the other songs on this CD are equally as engaging, including the best Neil Young song Neil Young never recorded: "Fly at Night" ("Four Men in a Rock n' Roll Band"). A truly under-rated group and one of the best vocal-oriented classic rock bands ever!
