2 Days Left in the 2024 Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive

2 days remain in the annual donation drive, and unfortunately we're only 2/3 of the way to the goal of covering the site's expenses.

If you use and and enjoy the site, please consider donating $20, $10, or even $5. It's only once a year and every bit helps.

Thank you to everyone who has stepped up and donated thus far!

If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Position CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Position are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

POSITION:"Nobody's Hero"-Second release from this promising late 70's style hard rock band; If you liked their debut, you'll love this one also.Excellent sleezy blue collar 3 chord axework, good production and songs. Somebody needs to give these guys a break! Top notch indy hard rock very reminiscent of the barroom bands of the late 70s/early 80s! Good Job dudes! Highly,Highly Recommended!! -Bill, Restless & Wild Imports:www.80smetal.com

I won't be too harsh here because I sold this CD on ebay after realising after a month or two I didn't like it at all. When I sold it a guy from the band emailed me asking where I'd heard about the band. Don't ask me why, but I felt bad for selling it and I developed a soft spot for them. No, I don't personally like this CD - pretty much straight forward hard rock - but honestly, good luck to the guys. Hope they go well.

Hey Geoff, Thanks for the honesty. If only the "distributors" who've done business with us would be as honest. Best Wishes, Lil Al Position
