The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Skin Diver CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Skin Diver are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Toni is a very mediocre singer and sometimes sounds like a 2nd rate Joe Elliot. Musicwise this cd is oke although all songs are midtempo rockers with very simple lyrics. There's definately a "leppard"feel to most songs but they just lack the quality. 6,5/10

One for Jonah Koslen/ Breathless fans out there, as this one has his Hallmark stamped all over it. Hi-Tech AOR is the name of the game with a Leppard feel on a couple of tracks aswell. 'Janie Can't Wait' is a terrific opener with it's Breathless like chorus. Other key moments - 'Killer At Heart', 'Pedal To The Metal', 'Look Deep (also like Breathless)' & the Lepp like 'Burn It To The Ground . The only two real letdowns are 'Mothers Worst Nightmare' & the very weak 'Weekend Warriors'. Good Stuff

I like the music but I'm mixed on the vocals for this one. It does has a (mild) Def Leppardesque feel to it. I also agree with the first comment that some of the lyrics are very simple (and cheesy). The stand out tracks for me are 'Janie Can't Wait' and 'Burn It To The Ground'. I really do like both of these. 'Pedal To The Metal' was a decent track. The rest is just average AOR that failed to grab me. Maybe if more thought was put into the lyrics this one would have done it for me.

Thought i would hate this as I saw the AOR tag on it and expected tons of keyboards but was really surprised as it's not nearly as bad as the above comments would suggest-lack of any vibrato on the vox lends itself to the Joe Elliot comparisons but the big vox and choruses are still here and while the lyrics are nothing great they still fit within the confines of typical AOR-in short-if a less bombastic Hysteria sounds like your cup of tea you could do much worse than this one.
