Great album, by Beau Geste frontman. In my opinion better than Beau Geste album. It's too late is great. Strong release, production could have been better. 8/10

From: mallorcas rock Date: April 26, 2005 at 2:52

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: June 6, 2005 at 1:32
Very Good AOR album, Bryan Hughes el hombre de Beau Geste nos entrega este muy buen trabajo de AOR canadiense y si es de alla es bueno, no mejor que Beau Geste como dicen arriba y es que ese disco de Beau Geste es uno de los mejores del AOR esta en mis Top 10, este esta en la misma linea aunque no tan Demoledor como ese, muy buenos cortes como It's Too Late, Two Way Street, She's The Type, Who's Gonna Love You, Heartache, Swept Away, Rumours que mas puedes pedir.

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: June 6, 2005 at 1:35

Quite nice piece of AOR.I agree with peter poland, better than Beau Geste even if very very close to it musically. Some songs in the midfield I don't like that much, especially "Don't go",but almost all the rest of the songs spreading that special keyboard driven light AOR feeling of monotony & mystery which does "Take these chains" by Beau Geste even better.I know that the impression "Quite nice" doesn't mean anything;that way I don't know if I should rate the CD that high or lower than 8/10

From: YNGWIEVIKING Date: August 25, 2007 at 2:39
GOOD CD 80/100 VERY SOFT AOR BUT WELL CRAFTED BRYAN HUGHES ;the singer ,remind me a lot ROBIN Mc AULEY in his good days ! The production is flat very in the old style , so is not a strong point on this one !:I The BEAU GESTE fans WILL be PLEASED !

From: shoemaker Date: September 18, 2009 at 15:40
Very strong AOR album.

From: darobinson Date: June 11, 2010 at 15:01
This is a great AOR release. Not sure what happened on songs 3 and 4. IMHO they are terrible.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: July 24, 2010 at 22:08
Yeah this album hooked me up!!!,very catchy and nice...enjoyable 2 death!...agree with my friend Rafo Phoenix(precised and accurate as usual in his wisdom of AOR and music in general...right on Rafo!)and some other comments like Yngwieviking and Scandi, they are right too ...about the songs, well "She's The Type" is an excellent starter,"Who's Gonna Love You" is just wonderful,a fave and one of the highlights of the album,"It's Too Late" a nice one,"Don't Go" is catchy the way we like it,"Heartache" another highlight,"Swept Away" another catchy track and "Two Way Street" closes very good indeed...this was the only album Bryan Hughes recorded under this monicker,a second album would have been awesome..i guess nothing is perfect in life...91/100

I´m totally agree with mallorcas rock, typical AOR Canadian with a poor production. This is not a Classic album with that terrible production by any means! what a poor last comment 8/10

From: rick kerch vzla Date: July 25, 2010 at 11:32

From: juan carlos Date: July 25, 2010 at 21:44
Ataco tus comentarios? Peace OUT!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: July 25, 2010 at 23:00

From: juan carlos Date: July 26, 2010 at 10:20
Oleado y sacramentado.

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: July 26, 2010 at 23:49
Totally agree with you Michael, this place is for comment albums and if you have friends and you say "thanks friend" or "hey mate you are great" what is the problem? the problem is when some guy write with double senses disturbing the peace in the site or disturbing to a friend, peace out!

From: 123charpenay Date: December 26, 2011 at 16:47

Beware!!! I bought the reissue of this great AOR album on CD on Unidisc Music Inc. (UBK-4040) and the CD only has 9 tracks. Track 8 "Give Me A Reason" is missing. This is a CD with press error!!! Beware!!!

From: curemeok Date: March 12, 2023 at 13:25
