If you notice that a particular AC/DC CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from AC/DC are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Finally, a bright spot in the chaotic year of 2020! Straight up rock and roll from the legends. |

Yes, finally! The best thing to come out of 2020 so far and by far. After initially feeling slightly disappointed for some reason the album has really grown on me with each listen and I can honestly say that this is a killer! I like this a lot more than their previous Rock Or Bust. Absolutely no fillers here, and highlights for me include Realize, Shot In The Dark, Through the Mists of Time, Kick You When You're Down, Demon Fire, No Man's Land and Money Shot. It feels surreal to still be able to enjoy new music by AC/DC after decades of loving them and after everything they've been through in the recent years. Malcolm would be proud of the boys! |

A very strong album, I enjoyed every track. |

I hate to frame every album to come out in the last year and a half in terms of the pandemic, so I'll just say this: Power Up arrived on a chilly, gray, autumn day when there didn't seem a lot to hope for, including a new AC/DC album. But I liked "Shot In The Dark" right away, and figured I'd give the rest of the record a listen. And it felt like a bunch of old friends stopped by with a case of beer to cheer you up. Because at their best, that's what AC/DC does, dammit! Power Up, despite the trying-too-hard stylized title (PWR/UP), is the band's best collection of songs the band has put out in thirty years. Ev the septuagenarian Brian Johnson is sounding pretty good, considering the age, the smoking, and the way he sings. I'n not sure I'll ever get used to his occasional baritone, like on otherwise ripping "Demon Fire," and twelve songs is two or three more than this band has ever managed without filler. "Through The Mists Of Time" is oddly reflective for these guys, as you can tell fr |

... from the title, but otherwise, Power Up lands solidly in the band's second tier. Weirdly, it's the opposite of how Jackyl's last couple albums have made me feel, where I was struggling to remember why I even liked them in the first place. With Power Up, it's just good to hear from my ol' buddies again. |

Possibly the best album of 2020. |
