Awesome Dokken inspired scandi rock. The production is not as strong as the follow up but the songs ROCK!! Pelle is a great vocalist and the guitarwork is awesome throughout. This will appeal to fans of Dokken (obviously), Treat, Dalton et al and anyone who likes guitar driven hard rock with melody and catchy choruses. The follow up is better though IMO

These guys (girl) rock.Their second release is even better.Dont hesitate to pick up these guys.

Good riff filled hard rock. Not overly spectacular, but they do what they do well. Recommended for hard rock fans.

It's one of the last finest bands born in the last century IMO.Perfect class hard rock with a metal approach,if you liked them in Love Child this is a must!Same combo as Love Child with the great entry by Pelle Anderson on vox,one of the finest voice since a long time....GREAT BAND!!!!!

Good solid hard rock. Based on the other reviews I will have to pick up their later releases! I can hear the Dokken comparisons in some respects but to me it's more like a heavier 220 Volt. Real good hooks, lots of guitars and a crisp (if a bit generic and lacking fullness) production.

From: Rycheage Date: October 13, 2007 at 11:27
The Dokken inspiration is quite prevalent. This is top notch Scandi hard rock. The production isn't as crisp as it should be and to me it seems to hold the album back from being complete. Good CD if you can track it down.

those swedens are always good musicians but not always they rock!SEVEN WISHES are good enuff with their instruments (especially the guitarist) but they dont write any catchy songs and there are not enuff hooks.overall a good release though ,but nothing spectacular.standout songs are "love affection" and "set you on fire".good guitar player

Yeah, some comments above are quite well-expressive. Hard n'heavy music with roots somewhere in early 80s when Dokken or Scorpions ruled mixed with great Scandi bands like TNT, Treat or 220 Volt. I also agree with hair metal again there aren't any songs which would stand out clearly from others. Anyway, this is "ok music" for me even if the production were better I would add five points more. 75/100.

From: 123charpenay Date: July 16, 2014 at 13:33
totally agree with the last two comments.a poor production, a poor sound for an average record.not bad ,decent, but without the spark of class of the big groups.
