| It was inevitable, Steel Panther had a hair band baby with vintage MTV DNA and popped out this 80's Euro-Retro creation. Eliminate the over the top Panther raunch and tune up the glam and you have Diva and the Rock-ettes. The band is comprised of competent musicians with an above average lead guitarist. The album is a tribute of sorts with original material. See their videos and you will know what I mean. German frontman,John Diva (can a dude be a DIVA?) is proud as a peacock and describes the album “It’s a trip for those who have lived and loved Rock ‘N’ Roll, for all those who still do so and for all the millions of people who up to now didn’t even know what they’ve been missing. | I agree with the Steel Panther like assessment! The first few songs for sure until they get to Rock N Roll Heaven which is a lost Kid Rock tune and then Wild Life where it's a blatant rip off of Whitesnakes - Give Me All Your Love….this album should appeal to anyone who loves the 80's hairband era music. Great guitars and vocals. This should be on everyone's end of the year list for top 25 of the year.85/100
