Phenomenal release from Diesel Dahl and co. After the first excellent album he changes the singer with Dag and release and excellent hard rocking experience. There is definitely no weak tracks on this album, you'll definitely enjoy all of them.Stand out tracks are "Dolce Vita", "Masquerade", "Hot Summer"...ALL OF THEM. Do you want melodies with strong guitars then BUY!!

From: Kristian Date: August 6, 2003 at 10:03
This one is truly amazing, like Teo_3 said there's not a weak track on this one. I really can't point out any fave tracks, all I can say is that "First Time" will get stuck in your head after one listen. Can't praise this one enough, amazingly good!!! The tracklist listed here is the one listed on the back of the cd cover, although the actual tracklist is listed on the label of the disc, does anyone know what's up with that? Does anyone know if their first release is as good as this one?

From: Scandinavia Date: October 26, 2003 at 13:06
I've heard 4 tracks off the debut & it sounds very promising...The production is a bit weaker but generally the same style...The track "Drums Of War" is a would-be hit song.

i bought this tape when it came out. Loved it exept the "hot summer" track which sucks. listening to it now gives me the creeps.. the album is still very good. (although a little cheesy

From: Erik Date: February 6, 2004 at 17:20
im sorry but "hot summer" doesn not suck. what i ment is that "i love to love" sucks

From: erik Date: March 5, 2004 at 9:16

SUUPERB album, Just got my greazy, sleazy hands on this. its awesome. Its very melodic, well produced, but with a heavy edge. Highly recomendable.

From: Great Dane Date: May 16, 2004 at 0:03
..................OK......The track I Love To Love is just about the worst LOAD of crap I have everheard. Even the Osmonds on a bad day wouldnt have released such a track. huh it stinks. But the rest of the cd is very good.

From: R.S. - Rocks Date: May 18, 2004 at 20:57
Yes, I also think so: The song "I love to love" sucks and doesn`t fit with the rest of the tracks. Just ignore it- listen to the other 9 brilliant songs. By the way: Does anyone of you have the Dag Ingebrigtsen Solo-CD "Ka Fa´n" from 1992? Is it a good record and where can I find it?

From: mauricio Date: July 2, 2006 at 22:27

From: mauricio Date: July 2, 2006 at 22:27
muy buena, seguida de la fantastica MASQUERADE cuya apertura te sonara entre TNT-BONFIRE a decir verdad es uno de los mejores temas que tiene esta joya de disco y que coros.puro T N T.temas como FANTASIA-STREET FIGHTER-I WAS MADE FOR ROCK N ROLL son como salidas el TELL NO TALES,por otro lado THE SHOW MUST GO ON muestra otra faceta no antes vista en los grupos escandinavo,en la parte acustica y como no su I LOVE TO LOVE uno de los menos rockeros del album por su finura en un disco atronador.

From: mauricio Date: July 2, 2006 at 22:27

I know that everytime I hear a great cd I write:”One of the best ect..”but How can I make a true list? This cd is maybe one of the best I do have from Scandinavia.Fresh and simple killer melodick hard rock that goes straight through your heart. Not a single average or decent tune, every song is killer with awesome arrangements and melodies.Technique is not their best thing but it doesn t matter. My rate is 12/10.P.S.I have only 2 tracks from their debut,I hope it will be re-issued asap.

From: juan carlos Date: April 3, 2007 at 14:24
La suave casi Pop "I Love To Love" y el final acústico en "The Show Must Go On" bien bonita son la diferentes. 8.9/10

Here is the video clip of "I Was Made For Rock´n´Roll" from 1989: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EJH8C5PR

Dag has to be one of the worst singers I ever heard in my life. His English is crap and I can't hear a word what he sings in some songs like Streetfighter, Dolce Vita, First Time, the list goes on. I can't really say this is a phenomenal release and average Da Vinci did a better job than this album. I don't believe it why First Time will get stuck in your head for weeks. I didn't noticed it because the song was too generic. For me this is a decent release nothing more. There were bands that did better than Tindrum IMO. And when it comes to Scandi acts from Norway I will choose Ole Evenrude and Dream Police any day. So my suggestion is to stay away from this disc.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: February 14, 2011 at 20:33
Decent album with some outstanding songs...Dag is neither good nor bad...just a regular singer that does his job quite acceptable..."Dolce Vita","First Time","Fantasia","Love Shines","Streetfighter" & "Hot Summer" are good Melodic Rock/AOR tracks...give it a try!.89/100

fantastic hair metal release by TINDRUM bck in 89 and one of the best ever released by a european band!the sound is extremely commercial, the songs catchy and uptempo and the band has a great feelgood vibe that stays through all the songs!i really wonder what it could have been if there was a big company to push things further!brilliant!
