| Another one-man show! Everything from the writing to all the instruments and vocals (well, ok, he had help on the keyboards). There seem to have been quite a few one-person solo releases in the last 2 years; I'm happy to say this is one of the better ones! The songs contained herein are, for the most part, fairly laid-back AOR. I'm reminded of Jon Bon Jovi at times throughout. The up-tempo numbers have a slight "country-AOR" feel to them. The musicianship is top notch, and the production quality borders on incredible for a self-produced effort. The song selection is primarily mid-tempo ballads, although we get a few up-tempo songs. John's strongest selling point is his vocals. The lead and harmony vocals (which are omnipresent) provide the necessary "hooks" to keep you humming along. The arrangaments and instrumentation are quite varied throughout, which provides a nice change of pace. If I have one complaint, it's that I find some of the songs to be flat emotionally; no extreme highs or lows...let yerself go, man!  Overall, this is a very solid effort, and it bodes well of things to come from Mr. Taglieri. Fans of light AOR and of vocal harmonies in general should definitely check this out! Rating: 88/100

| As there are so many diverse styles on the album it demonstrates John's obvious talent, and showcases this to maximum effect. Personally I loved the rockier songs as I feel John has a natural affinity with them. It's aggressive guitar based melodic rock, catchy on some cuts while radio friendly on the other hand.

| This is the classic cd that sounds like a great melodick one after the first listening,after my rate goes a little down,but the cd sounds ok anyway!
