| Lots of big heavy guitars, double kick drums, some slower darker numbers and lots of acrobatic vocals. Thankfully the band hasn't lost their knack of including a good melody in amongst the bombastic attack of the wall of guitars. John K has a Geoff Tate style high pitch vocal and fits the band pretty well. This certainly has a certain Queensryche feel, not to mention a little Rob Halford. There's still plenty to like here, even if it doesn't quite match the intensity of the last album.

| Well, if Ten more tales was amazing, Perfect Balance was superb, this one is the supreme masterpiece. Not too often changing a huge singer can equal if not improve the precedent splendid work. In this case, I am speechless. He sings like King, little less reverb in the mix maybe, but an amazing work of art. You know, you could shuffle the songs from their 3 last records and you could barely tell the difference. Rock solid. Intro and Heathen Machine give me the chills. Chemical Imbalance is their

GOOD CD 82/100  JOHN K. is singing with BIOMECHANICAL kind of modern/Hi tech METAL band from U.K. ! the album is very good and by far the HEAVIER work by this band ! Like an heavier second part of "PERFECT BALANCE" as always good musicianship But for me LANCE KING "magic touch"is missing there ! GOOD ANYWAY

| To be honest, I bought this album because it was going cheap and I thought I'd give it a go. It didn't blow my socks off. It's a cross between prog metal and power metal and contains distinct elements of both. Now, I love a bit of Melodic Power Metal from time to time, but this doesn't do a lot for me.
