| Guitarist and Pendragon mainman Nick Barrett hand picked all the tracks on here and has pretty much got it spot on. Strangely, there are no tracks from their debut album 'The Jewel', which was a fantastic album, so the tracklisting starts at album number 2 'Kowtow' and features at least one song from every studio album since. Highlights have to be the 2 tracks from 'The Masquerade Overture' album , 'Paintbox' and 'Masters Of Illusion', as well as the whole of disc 2, which is just superb, from the 4 part 'The Wishing Well' from the 'Believe' album and the 4 tracks from the more recent 'Pure' and 'Passion' albums, which feature Nick Barretts sublime, emotive guitarwork at it's best. In summary, this does exactly what it's title implies, and is a superb introduction to the band and their top quality Progressive rock.
