This one's a real lemon. Prepare for crushing disappointment if you're expecting a kick-ass hard rock album. These guys forgot most of the things that make up a good listening experience, namely, catchy hooks & cool choruses. Sure, there's a few OK tracks sprinkled around, but they barely qualify as filler material, and they're sandwiched between some truly bad songs. The truth of the matter is, there's just no reason to pick this CD up unless there's a serious lack of coasters in your house...

Got to agree with Mr Maniac. The songs here are just plain and simply bland. I can see what they're trying to do, but there are no big hooks and the songs fall dead in the water every time. As noted, they're not all bad, but all very average at best... except one. I forget which one, but I think 'Wasteland' is a good song with a decent chorus and hook. But that was it. Only one song I liked and the rest was so dull. Not recommended. Second album is heavier but much better. Good hooks on that one

I got the Japanese version of this one with 2 bonus tracks. I not going to say this one was as bad as the above comments. For me it was just average melodic hard rock. Nothing stellar but decent at best. Pick it up if you can find it for a good price.

Yep! Decent, Average, Typical Hard Rock. Yeah! "Wasteland" is good one but "Within Myself" is the best Track indeed. Tracks 14 & 5 are good ones too.. anyway, you can live without this album for sure. 7.3/10
