Why such a low rating??

Great album title !

Best band I have ever seen. I must have seen them over 100 times in the 80s and 90s. I hope they get back together in some form. Georgie Rumbol and Kelly James are better front men than Jagger/Richards, or Tyler/Perry. Extremely talented especially with the guitar.

the reason I am a musician to this day is this band!!!! In the late 70's to the mid 80's, this Jersey band played at every club, probably the first band to ever spin guitars and just a great visual element to add to the great music, why they were not big is a complete mystery??? This was recorded after a few members left but does feature one of the original guitarists and the great singer Bill Matson(who went to band Tangier)

this cd is one of my top 10 of all time. I was so stoked when I found out they recorded all their great songs from back in the late 70' and early 80's. this cd is the shit. what an amazing band live. way before their time. Hurricane east, wildwood nj..summer of 1980...w/ cobra...now THAT was R-n-R!!!!! RIP Tommy C.

THere is no way anyone can describe what the Dead End Kids did in the Philadelphia area. It was an absolute MUST to see these guys play. I was blown away the FIRST time and the last time I have seen them. Sure, they went through some personnel changes, but what's on the CD is the original guys....and of course the BEST. DEK LIVES!

From: Lil Al Date: March 29, 2005 at 14:55
Saw DEK in 1978...truly amazing band. Imagine if Bowie, Steven Tyler,Dio,Halford..etc all sang in the same band. Plus all the guitar swingin' started with them...they were influenced by the Sensational Alex Harvey Band...and took it even further.
