I really like this cd, catchy songs. The production is poor especially the drum sound but take that away very well written songs and muscianship. Take a Risk and buy Passion risk you won't be dissappointed. Jay from Australia

The guys supply a healthy does of glam style good fun rock, some hair raising licks and plenty of party anthems. But they have a serious side also, with some more personal lyric writing. Their only small problem is that the production of this record a little thin. The record does sound like a live in the studio feel, but could have a tighter rhythm section sound. If you like American good time hard rock similar to that of a less glam influenced Poison or early Warrant even, give it a listen.

God- the production on this cd is so bad I can't even stand to listen to it. All i hear everytime i try is the snare. You can't tell me someone involved with this didn't go "um -guys we really need to bring down the drums" Most band's demos sound better than this.

This album SUCKS and the production is horrible.

From: MelodicBoy Date: July 3, 2004 at 22:42
Possibly one of the worst production/mixing jobs ever. Did somebody just turn on a portable tape recorder and roll tape? Atrocious sounding. This may be worse sounding than the amazingly bad Norway debut, and that one is awful.

From: Aero Force Mike Date: September 21, 2004 at 8:41
Not bad, some songs like Summertime Lover are great, perfectly recapturing the 80s vibe, other songs flounder over weak harmonies. If they put some more work into writing stronger melodies, or dare I say it, work with a song-writer, they could sound awesome; but sadly they're a bit hit 'n' miss when it comes to actually writing a strong catchy song... and it's the ballads that really suffer from this flaw in their writing. The production's ok, not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. 6.5/10

From: Geoff Date: September 23, 2004 at 18:39
I agree with Aero Force Mike, the production is nowhere near as bad as everyone makes out. It's not a major release and I'm guessing these are old demos, but f*ck, it's not that bad at all. ALOT better than the Norway debut, that's for sure. Unfortunately, the songs really aren't that good. I also agree that 'Sumeertime lover' is the best, but overall the songs and hooks are just very week. Ironically, what the guys really seem to lack is some real passion for the music. Just average stuff...

From: Dead Planet Date: August 23, 2006 at 19:38
This is really bad. One of those releases where no matter what mood you're in, you know after one spin thru that it sucks ass!!

From: juan carlos Date: April 19, 2010 at 12:37
Yep, production sucks(Very Thin sound, the drums sound is Horrible!), this tracks could be demos but there are some cool moments, yeah "Summertime Lover" is a Good AOR song and the best song here. The cover art is just too simple. 7/10
