If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Tattoo CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Tattoo are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

These guys are great. I need to buy some more of there albums. Any recommendations?

As far as I know, Tattoo only have Two CDs, both can be hard to find anyway. "Blood Red" was what I believe to be their debut, on Metal Blade Records from. It's a studio CD, sounds a bit like Quiet Riot, with many great songs! This was a live CD where they recorded new songs not on "Blood Red".

Metal Blade Records from 1988, Blood Red.

Good stuff. This band sounded a lot like HELIX. Here's another killer band that should have made it.

Hmmm. I bet the self-titled Tattoo CD is near impossible to find. Blood Red and Live:Out Loud, I found them by luck. Great band and worth checking out if you like 80s hard rock anyway!

The best day I had with my Tattoo CD was when I wrapped it up in that envelope and sent it to the person who paid a couple of dollars for it on ebay. Very, very average hard rock and I missed the whole point of this CD. Not for me at all...

excellent live performance for TATTOO from Chicago bringing to your ears some classoc 80 s hard rock music !the band is very solid and those guitars are really blowing!TATTOO sound like a mix of KIX,HELIX or BLACK N BLUE and i m sure you ll be satisfied with this one if you dig classic US hard rock of the 80 s
