| I agree. masaki is one of my favourite vocalists.. this might as well be the sequel to E-Z-O's Fire Fire, and thank god for that. It is actually a nice companion piece to the new LA Guns album, 'waking the dead' try playing them back to back and you'll see what I mean.

Can someone please tell me if it's worth to buy Loudness: Engine album. It's the only album can get it here in Slovenia (it costs 4000 Sit - thats about 20$). Please tell me as soon as possible. (Just one thing: I Love Loudness music and I especially like japanese screamin' so are they other good bands like Loudness)... Sorry for my bad english.

| Don't bother with the Engine album if you want to hear traditional Loudness metal. The Engine and Dragon albums are both industrial metal affairs. I think they have returned a bit to their original style on their latest album. Some other Japanese metal bands worth checking out are X-Japan, Seikimatsu, and Sex MachineGuns.

| Thanks Desslar Well I found another album I can Get Here (it's the only one) and it's Soldier Of Fortune and I've Already order it because someone could get it instead... . But I Wish it was Minoru Nihara on vocals not Mike Vescera (I think it's him - He is the singer on Roland Grapow's Kaleidoscope isn't he?).

| Soldier of Fortune is pretty good I think. The German Amazon.com website seems to have several Loudness albums for sale by the way.

| Those of us who were distraught after EZO disbanded were soon relieved after hearing this album. This is the best of both worlds...Masaki in Loudness!!!! This is one of the heaviest albums I've ever heard. The follow-up CD "Once And For All" is a live CD from the tour for this album and I also have the live home video from this tour...AWESOME! Masaki sounds in great shape and Akira is a master of the guitar. "Loudness" is an awesome CD that should be in every metal fans collection. GET IT!

| This album has all best musician from Japan. You've already known 'bout Akira and Munetaka. and some of you've known about masaki, former vocalist of EZO. the bass player in this album also a famous japanese musician. taiji is former bass player of x-japan, one great metal band from japan.

| This one was recently reissued in the U.S. by Wounded Bird Records and judging by the comments left here I may have to check it out. I was leery of any non-original lineup material cuz I've heard a lot of it sucked... can any Loudness fans in the house recommend which 90's albums are good and which to avoid? I'd like to pump up the Loudness section of my CD shelf but I don't want to pick up any turds, so to speak.

| I've finally had a chance to check this one out and I'd have to say it rocks pretty hard even without Minoru on vocals. Masaki Yamada has a nice sinister snarl that fits this hard-driving material well and Akira Takasaki simply rips! This is some of the heaviest Loudness I've heard thus far. The only thing I miss is the distinct "WHOMP" sound of Masayoshi Yamashita on the bass. Okay, Loudness fans, I'm looking for suggestions...where do I go from here??
