Great AOR album, maybe not only the best AOR work in this year because is one of the best in this new millenium, catchy and magic songs as Beautiful Life(fav song candidate to the best song) Love Will Find You (second fav), Borderline, No Sacrifice, Fight for Yesterday, The Other Side, Stay Forever... indispensable for AOR lovers and people with big tastes in the best music Highly Recommended!!!

I've heard it several times and now I'm certain that we're talking about a smasher! More AOR than their two first releases, full of beautiful keyboards layers and great melodies. It's like Giuffria came back to life! Liverani is the modern keys wizard & a fine producer also.

From: T-Bone Date: February 5, 2008 at 0:24
Another PHENOMINAL Khymera release. The addition of Dennis Ward really brought this band to life on their last CD and it continues on to this one.

From: AORside_it's vital Date: February 7, 2008 at 2:21
Only time will tell if he's ever going to be ranked among the hall of fame keyboardists, but the odds are on, in my humble opinion. The sound has a clear emphasis on keyboards layers, harking back to the glory days of bands like Giuffria, Signal and FM. At least 5 out of 13 tracks deserve a 10! What about that? 2008 starts off on the right foot and the best is yet to come.

From: YNGWIEVIKING Date: March 3, 2008 at 5:05
very good CD 85/100 GREAT songs !!!! and Denis WARD is very talented and his voice is perfect for this kind of stuff ! obviously the PROD/MIX is very Good Even the guitar player deliver some , short but good solos Maybe if some songs are too soft/mellow at times it's Great anyway ! If you like Melodies and Keyboards that's a blast !

From: RockMan10 Date: March 13, 2008 at 21:53
An absolute GEM. Dennis Ward has distanced himself from 'average' producers and it's absolutly noticed on anything he touches. Every element is crisp, clear and in tune. I love the music that Khymera has put out the last two CD's and hope for many more. Keep it up guys!

Sounds like a mix of U2 and Diving For Pearls with a dash of Steve Conte. Some killer tunes on here, especially 'Beautiful Life' and 'Borderline'. Hardly any fillers on here. It really rocks!

From: peter-poland Date: April 5, 2008 at 7:53
U2 ? You must have been listening to a different band For me it's the second best this year (after WOA). Really nice melodies, lots of keyboards and what's important - no fillers.

From: Aorforever Date: April 22, 2008 at 17:04
Brilliant! 10/10!!

From: Jemini Date: May 23, 2008 at 22:50
Not as good as 'A New Promise', for me, but still an excellent release and one of my favorites so far this year. Awesome stuff!

From: Axe-Machine Date: May 26, 2008 at 20:10
I'm not quite as extatic about this release as most, which is strange because it's usually this type of album that sends me right over the top! It's a good record though, make no mistake, just not sure if it's one of my faves of this year yet.

From: Csabesz Date: May 27, 2008 at 4:14
this one is excellent! Mr. Ward is one of best voices around here. Classic, and direct AOR masterpiece. Unfortunately it was too much for me listening every day for about two weeks, so i put is away for some time. 94/100

From: aorjocke Date: May 30, 2008 at 17:46
Have had this for a couple of month now and must say this is the best album of 2008 so far! 'Borderline' is the best AOR track of the year with a perfect keyboard/song intro..the verse and chorus is so smooth. T

From: aorjocke Date: May 30, 2008 at 17:55
If you like keyboard driven AOR/Melodic rock this is for you, every song is just perfect! Favourite tracks beside 'Borderline' must be 'Since You Went Away', 'No Sacrifice' AND 'Fight For Yesterday'...just perfect AOR! You need this one if pure AOR with strong Chorus is your passion. A must buy for very AOR fan!

From: aorwilko Date: July 15, 2008 at 16:58
This album really IS 'The Greatest Wonder' With superb production, excellent vocals & musicianship, but most important of all GREAT songs, all with memorable hooklines & a very strong chorus. I particularly like the way the subtle guitar solos add to the songs but are not over indulgent. Not one filler but stand out tracks for me are - 'Borderline', Beautiful Life' & the title track. Attain this album ASAP !!

I love this album, great songs, great production soaring guitars, keyboards and vocals. Sounds like classic Journey in places. Dennis Ward carries emotion into every song, the Guitars/Keys and drums compliment his voice. My favourite album of 2008, so far... it'll take something special to beat it ! Play loud... Buy it, enjoy it and make everyone you know listen to it !

My initial suspicions earlier in the year when I got this, were very favourable indeed, but I had a sneaking feeling that by the end of the year, this one was going to be a little forgotten about and lost in the pile of other quality releaes that we have been treated to all year.Luckily those suspicions have preven to be completely wrong and to be honest, it stands shoulder to shoulder with some of the best releases of this year. Consistent as hell throughout, great production from the impressive Dennis Ward and just about 100% the way I like my AOR to sound. Definitley Khymera's best disc so far, and hopefully they will produce another one up to the very very high standards of this one.
